SD card holder with a bayonet connector top. Full-sized version holds 7 SD cards in a row, micro version holds 14 micro sd cards in a circle.
If the lid is too tight, it usually helps to just file down the connector nub on the body a bit. Otherwise just slightly scale up the lid.

V4 has extra nubs so you can tell more easily when the lid is unlocked
