Solve the challenge of sending an SD card by snail-mail.
Print out the attached file. Remove holes for additional SD cards using a knife. Apply a strip of 50mm wide blue painter's tape to the rear of the SD mailer card. Place the SD card into the hole - the SD card will be held in place by the painter's tape. Then pop the assembly into a stamped and addressed B4 envelope and place it in a convenient post-box for snail-mail delivery.
Print at 100% scale, use about 25% infill and no supports.
The SD card mailer was modelled in ViaCAD with no post-processing.
