SD, MicroSD and Thumb Drive storage

Added four full size SD slots to fulfill a request. (see notes below, the parts arrived and the prototype works perfectly.)

I am waiting for my full size slots to be delivered before I do a test print. The micro slots have 3 tiny tabs that must be carefully removed with a quality fine sidecutter. I see the same tabs on the full size slots, likely they'll have to come out as well.

Added picture of test print. Prints great, Micro slots click right into place. More pictures when the SD slots arrive.

SD slots arrived and slip right in place, I used a drop of Gorilla Super glue on them to lock them on place.
