V2 has taller sides, much more stable for scanner and is preferred unit, Has hole to keep sma/bnc adapter so it wont get lost.
Both have slots for voltage adapter, USB cable, TaoTronics Bluetooth Adapter available on Amazon, large slot in rear to put extra antennas if the fit.
