SDtoVITA case prototype MK7

This is the 7th design prototype of my promised SDtoVita cases.

MK7MOD1: Removed material in the center to create a small amount of clearance for the SD slot included on moredrugsmore3somes hardware. Previous design created much pressure, and sometimes required heat-forming around the slot. This is no longer an issue.

The first few designs all seemed to snag on slot somewhere, or create to much thickness where they snapped together.

This Single side one piece design press-fits to the front of the adapter with a satisfying snap, and seems to adhere very well. You will be required to trim or heat-and-fold the small amount of overhang near the top on both sides to enable smooth action into the slot. (I recommend about 1 second with a bic lighter) This small lip is leftover from a previous design and may or may not be utilized or removed in a (near) future design.
