This is a fixed version of the Sea Serpent 2 by AuntieFa (www.thingiverse.com/thing:5908313) - Thank you for your great model...
I edited the original STL file to fix the problem with the fused joints, so now all joints are able to move.
It is recommended to use supports for the first few layers of the head and tail.
