Call it Wire Spreader, (Hot) Leg Spreader, or Cheese Wedge. I recommend you use paracord, at your desired length, to hang this in your bucket. Hole is large enough to accommodate a flathead screwdriver or tool handle to leverage twisting motion when spreading wire. 20 walls minimum. Use appropriate material when printing.
