Secure-Lock, Bushing Hornady

This is a Secure Lock Bushing i designed for my Hornady LNL AP reloading press.

If you have a lot of different calibers buying the secure locks for each set of dies is a pain in the a**. So here we go with a printed one.
Holds the dies firmly and good.

Just print at 0.1mm resolution (due to threads) and screw in your dies. Print with the broader part downside.


Important note: You will probably have to cut a bit of material at the beginning of the threads (ergo at first printing layer). If you do this well you shouldn't have problems screwing in your dies.



Add a rubber ring to te bushing and you are good to go. You can also cut to length these things, works like a charm.
