I bought the reRouter CM4 from Seeed Studio, but the case was out of stock, so I designed my own. This particular board can get pretty hot, so I added a 30mm fan slot to the side of the case and some holes close to where the CM4 should be. There is also a 10-inch rack mount version, grab it here.
