I designed a pair of SKADIS hanger that have integrated securing mechanisms. I had a problem of knocking of my hooks during use, so I needed a way to secure them. Most designs I find has the same problem: they rely on a tight tolerance. This is a bad way to tackle this problem, since IKEA keeps changing the tooling of the SKADIS boards (At least in central Europe.). I have 3 boards from 3 different years and they all have different holes. The general size is the same, but they all have different kinds of burr. A good fit on my new board simply won't go inside my older one. I also found multi part solutions, but they are inconvenient. So I made this single part, toolless, spring based solution. Must be printed on it's side. You can make it thicker in the slicer to reduce sideways movement, but this can compromise compatibility with boards with rougher holes. They have the same design as the stock IKEA hooks and the “resting” point is the same too.
