self stand reel holder

i wanted a stand alone reel holder, so designed my own 2 types
you will need 3 m8 threaded bars one supports the reel the other 2 at the feet
the top part is a part from another stl but modified for this

also added a reel centreer which will need 4 bearings 608zz
