Self Watering Seed Starter

Updated the existing Self Watering Seed Starter to use less filament and added threads that will work with various bottles. Created filament saving thread testers which you can use to figure out which thread type will work for your bottle. Printing all 4 thread testers should use less than 30g of filament. I've been able to adapt it for many US bottles and it should be close enough to many EU bottles.
