This was a project I did to create a fully-function sequential shifter for Sim-Racing. It contains a Raspberry Pi Pico flashed with CircuitPython and uses special libraries to communicate via I2C with the OLED display, and emulates a USB-HID device to send inputs to the computer. Mechanically, it contains a conical spring and skateboard bearings for the lever to return to center.
The hardware included here is some 5/16x24" bolts and nuts for the skateboard bearings, M6 and M2 nuts and bolts for the rest.
I am very satisfied with it and I plan to create newer, improved versions. The main thing that needs to be improved is the internal cable harnessing. I created this as more of a prototype than a final product, and planning the cabling will be a fun challenge for V2.
I will add instructions when I get a chance, but maybe I will just make V2 and then make instructions for that instead
