This is a front connector panel for server power supplies.
It has 4 v 5V USB sockets,3 x 12V Power Pole connectors and 1 x 12V spring terminal connectors.
See http://www.sadarc.org/xenforo/upload/index.php?threads/server-powersupply-mod.235/page-2 for more info. Post #33....
The R2Z-6400R-P unit is rated at 12V 28Amps so is quite suitable for Ham radio use.
There are others that have the same form factor too.
The cover I used is a length of 100 x 50mm PVC down pipe.
The spacer is used at the back of the pipe has a gap for ventilation.
I've run the 12V fans on the 5V supply to keep the noise down and that is ok as the power supply generally is not run at full load for long periods.
Eventually, I will have a go at upping the 12V to 13.8V.
The Power Pole connectors are held in with a length of 1.75mm filament.
