This is a truck mounted service crane in 1:25 scale.
The telescoping boom sections are standard Evergreen shapes:
252 1/8in (3.2mm)
254 1/4in (6.3mm)
256 3/8in (9.5mm)
The #254 will need to be shimmed to fit properly inside the #256 and the #252 will need to be sanded down a bit to fit inside the #254
The hydraulic cylinder is made from telescoping sizes of brass tubing and the ram is brass rod.
The boom side mounting points for the hydraulic cylinder were made from plastic sheet.
The mounting bracket for the winch drum will need to be notched slightly to get maximum elevation as it hits the mount. The mount may need to be shaped slightly as well.
