Servo adapter to BlTouch mount

Have you ever seen those nice part-fans and wondered why they have a BlTouch mount, but not a 9g Servo one? Well, I did, so I designed this adapter.

Two M3x10mm bolts are needed. They should screw on the part itself (no nuts).

There's also an 8mm extensor for the mount so you can use the adaptor on part-fans where the BlTouch mount is too high, like the Radial Fan Fang
Tested with a generic TowerPro SG90 servo.
