Servo Linear Actuator (32mm Range)

Servo linear actuator v2 designed around a Emax ES08MAII. Should fit other micro 9g servo. The base frame and the retainer are to be glued together with the actuator rod assembled. The linkage is formed 0.8mm steel (paper clip). https://youtu.be/K_xLJ3_JKNc
- Actuator length range from 70+32mm to 170+32mm in 10mm increments.
- Servo arm is 20mm designed for the ES08MAII with a 3.8mm diameter fit.
- Linkage is 25mm (formed)
- 3.5mm Mount holes
Using the equation below, 38.5-142.8° will solve travel ~0-32mm where servo angle 0° is towards retract and 180° is towards extend. Scaling the range will have less than 0.23mm accuracy error, which is completely acceptable until I can solve the equation for angle a. If anyone can, please let me know.
Equation:
P = ( L^2 - ( ( A * Sin(a) ) - X )^2 )^.5 - A * Cos(a) - Y
P = 0-32mm
A = 20mm
L = 25mm
X = 11.9055mm
Y = 8.929559mm
a = 38.5-142.8°
