I created a sewable nametag for personalized sewing projects. I did end up sewing the tags on by hand-rotating the sewing machine. Once you find the right distance this is the fastest way. Be sure to print the Nametag face-down for the best result. This way the printer lines are not visible and the tag is the strongest.About the same result can be achieved by printing face-up and ironing the last layer, but this takes way longer. The nametags in the picture are bambu PLA marble and bambu PLA black, 0.4 mm Nozzle, 0.2mm layer thickness with the P1S.I like to turn off the aux fan and open the door for PLA. The .stl is without the name since it is added in bambu Studio. The name is one layer thick and centered by eye. If you need another size feel free to ask.
