Attatch it onto your sewing machine (i used 2-sided adhesive tape) right into the thread line
Put a folded stripe of felt or foam into it.
Soak it with silicone oil.
Let the threat walk right through the middle.
hint: place it where you can bypass this thing when not willing to oil the threat.
I did a version 2 with a bypass grove because the thread got stuck underneath the oiler when bypassing it.
Now you just put the thread in the bypass grove when not oiling it. That is the case in most of circumstances.
