Shackle and shackle flat mini

A small shackle with 3d printed locking pin and a smaller shackle. Bigger shackle has ID of 25mm and fits around a quarter. Reposition body to lay flat and print without support, loaded properly can hold over 100lbs at 20%infill in PLA.

Small flat shackle uses a #8x3/4" bolt (4mmx20mm if your country hasn't been to the moon or won the super bowl) print and put a bolt through one end, boil in water to soften and bend shackle to put bolt in other end. I like to put it back in the boil to normalize then cool. Should keep shape thereafter depending on material used. Works great in nylon does not work in Polycarbonate.
