PLEASE READ BEFORE PRINTING:This model is too large to print on an A1 mini but every other Bambu lab printer should work fine. It must be printed with auto tree support as there are many overhangs inside the model that must be removed after printing.I recommend using a 5mm outer brim, especially when printing the fins.I found that PLA+ was worked well for this print because it has a high melting temp compared to other filaments, and has good mechanical strength which makes it less likely for it to crack if the parachute fails About the model:This model was designed for a course I ran where a group of youths got to assemble and launch their own one of these rockets, I didn't have any further plans for this model but decided to post it here in case anyone wanted to get into rocketry. If you are interested in launching the rocket, I suggest you use Estes rocket motors as they are what I used when designing.
