Shanghai/Contract Rummy

Nothing special. Wanted a list of the melds/phases for Shanghai (Contract) Rummy that wasn't just a piece of paper so just threw this together. Figured I would share if anyone else was interested. Due to that, I went ahead and included a PDF of the rules that we use when we play.
