My SuckIt dust boot broke awhile back. So I decided to just create my own replacement.
I needed to modify it to make it work better with my SO3 with the Beaver HDZ Zaxis and a big 2.2kw water cooled spindle. This was the result. It still uses the stock SuckIt arms, because I'm just too lazy to redo these, and they work well. You also have to reuse the SuckIt magnet spacers. The bristles are cheap Amazon 2" bristles (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01566L3HQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). You can always cut these to whatever lengths you want. I wanted longer bristles so the boot doesn't keep crashing into my clamps.
It is printed in 3 parts: base, hood and faceplate. These all bolt together with either M3 or M4 (or close equivalents) I had laying around. Faceplate hole fits an ER20 nut. They were designed this way so no support was needed during printing. I also included the DXF file for those that want to cut the faceplate with a CNC machine
