#UPDATE
I have updated this model to my current version which can be found here. This is a super simple model that puts the button closer to my work surface and relocates the touch probe out of the way to the side of the machine. Also it can now be made on the shapeoko itself!

This is a probe holder for the Carbide3D Touch probe that acts as a tool offset probe. It adds electrical connections from your touch probe to a momentary push button that allows you to automatically calculate tool offset. This will allow you to use the debouncing and other circuitry that is already contained within your touch probe to allow your gcode sender to automatically reset your Z-axis zero point to reflect a new bit length.
My picture shows a flat top [normally open momentary push button](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00XVJ9M9C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) . This limits the diameter of the tool
