Sharp Viking Dacor Door Open Lever

If the inside hinge of your microwave door open lever breaks, print out this part and zip tie it in place as per the pictures. The screw is a #10 US standard machine screw, 4.83mm outside diameter and the threaded portion is 16mm long. A 5mm outside diameter metric screw should work, you may have to enlarge the hole a little. If the screw is longer just don't screw it in all the way. Print took 35min on an ender pro 3 at 20% in fill. This fits many microwave models, below are the ones I found in a few minutes of googling.

UPDATE: Consider replacing your microwave interior light bulb while you have it apart, my bulb burned out 1 year after I repaired the hinge. Use a bulb designed for microwaves, the vibrations will break a normal bulb.
