Printing the 'Final' file on .3mm layer height should produce a well working slider (it did for me at least). The 'UNADJUSTED' version has exact dimensions I got measuring my original slider with calipers, it may be useful if your printer is more precise than mine. I have included my original sketchup file if you need to modify for your printers tolerances.
