Shearwater_perdix case

Remix of original shearwater perdix model from amyshin. Remeshed to fix errors with model. Futher modified to fix strap holes (original model partially blocked the strap holes), and created a hole for convenient access to battery compartment. Also I preferred to be able to press the buttons directly rather than through the TPU, so made additional holes to access each button.
