sheet metal locking lug jig

This is a jig for forming locking lugs in a piece of 1-1/2" emt conduit. The punch will need to be made out of a 1/4" piece of steel. The holes in the jig need to be tapped for either 1/4-20 or 6mm screws.

Once the jig is assembled inset the conduit and use a hammer and the punch to form the dimples.

The Fusion 360 file is included. By adjusting the dimension the jig can be made to fit any size conduit or sheet metal tube.
