I created some Shelf Pins (shelf supports) using my 3D printer. I needed a support for a bathroom shelf and, instead of buying it, I decided to design and print it myself. The material I used is quite sturdy, but it’s crucial to print the piece in the correct orientation to ensure maximum durability.Printing advice:Orientation: It’s important to print the support horizontally (with the long side parallel to the print bed). If you print it vertically, the forces applied to the shelf could cause the piece to break along the layers, as the strength between layers is lower than the strength along the same layer.Material: Use a durable material like PLA+, PETG, or ABS, depending on your needs and the required strength.Infill: Set the infill to at least 20-30% to ensure good strength. If you’d like, I can share the STL file or provide additional printing tips! 😊 Boost MeIf you want to support me, feel free to give me a boost! Your encouragement means a lot! 🚀
