Shell for DB25 to DB19 conversion

With DB19 connectors not readily available anymore (yes, you can find them, but not quickly and not in Australia) I needed to modify a DB25 male connector.
In this case a cable mount/IDC connector.
I removed 2 rows of pins on one side and 1 row on the other.
This shell is to give those pins some protection like a proper one would.

I used a portion of coolate's DB19 shell to do this.

EDIT: I just added a "press" piece. Basically an outer part to slip over the shell to assist in pressing the IDC connector to the ribbon cable in a vice without destroying the pins/shell/etc.
