Shepard-style Nerf Pseudo-holster

This was inspired by how, in Mass Effect games, Commander Shepard shoves everything up his abyss when he's not using it. Although it would be difficult to make Nerf blasters that fold into such compact form factors automatically, we can still hold them on our backs, hips, anywhere, no matter how big they are.

This design is a holster for blasters that do not fit in a regular holster. At 50% scale it can hold a Retaliator in pistol form rather well. At 100% scale it can hold a heavily modded Longshot. At 150-200% scale, it can hold a homemade.

At 100% scale it uses 1 inch straps. Strap width changes proportionally with scale.

For horizontal-insert applications, I strongly recommend shimming the male side or using some other method to drastically increase hold.

I do not recommend printing this bigger than 200% or smaller than 50%.
