This is the second version of my PGP pump handle. It was designed for the Initeq #10-32 long brass inserts.
Previous prints with less than 100% infill cracked when bending the pump arm into place for the PGP2's quick strip bolt. This version was printed with bottom layers set to 9999 in Cura.
When installing the brass insert, thread it onto the pump arm first then index it to the marker before melting it into place with a soldering iron. The pump arm should be threaded all the way in when assembled.
Tolerances are tight in this design. If it is too tight on your marker, lightly sand the insides until the desired friction is achieved.
