Sherman L - Seat

A comfortable seat for the Sherman L.

Attaches to the trolley handle with zip-ties and designed in such a way that you can still operate the trolley handle with the seat installed as there is space to insert your hand.

There are 3 variants, Small, Large and X-large, pictured in the photos is the Large variant (which is the one I recommend if unsure), the difference between them is exactly 1cm in height.

Print them as oriented in the STL standing up for best results, use tree supports. I have uploaded BambuLab specific versions to make them fit the BambuLab build volume height, they have a slightly cropped top part.

I use a 0.6 nozzle and 0.62 line width, below are millimeters so you can convert to other nozzle sizes.

* For best comfort:

Print with eSun TPE 83A
2 Walls (2x0.62 = 1.24mm)
3 Top/Bottom Layers.
10 % Gyroid Infill

* For decent comfort:

Print with TPU 95A (Not Overture)
2 Walls (2x0.62 = 1.24mm)
3 Top/Bottom Layers.
5 % Gyroid Infill
