2024-05-12: Refined the cushion, made it softer and more comfortable, also new recommended print settings for softer result.
A simple side cushion for the Sherman S to make the edge around the top of the suspension softer.
The edge around the plastic piece surrounding the top of the suspension is quite hard and can be uncomfortable if it pushes against your leg (for exampling in a tight turn), this print adds some cushioning in that area to make it softer.
The cushion rests on-top of the suspension and is held in place firmly when the trolley handed is folded down but I have noticed that they can fall off while trollying so I also recommend placing a small piece of Velcro between the cushion and the side of the wheel just to secure them better while trollying.
I print in TPU95A with a 0.6 nozzle, if you print with any other nozzle or shore hardness results may vary depending on your settings, my settings with a 0.6 nozzle:
0.5 Line Width
0.3 Layer Height
2 walls (2x0.5
