Shibuya Core Drill TS-252 consumable

This is a consumable ( i do not know and i did not find the name for this in english) for the Shibuya Core Drill TS-252 machine which can be pretty expensive and (atleast in my country) you can order only from Japan. So i've decided to make my own. This is under no circumstances allowed to be commercialized, it is just for personal use. This is a mechanical part that is grinding away so you need to use minimum PETG.
