Shift Ratchet & Bit

This is basically my take on Operate from the Emperor Might Bey. It works by using the Xtreme Line to expose a flat area on the bit for attack and it can also bring the flat part back up to expose a round tip for stamina. The ratchet is a modified 0-50, however it cannot accept other bits. The bit is a modified Trans Gear Flat that can work with other ratchets, it will only be able to be in attack mode.
