Shimano sm-sh41 replacement

SM-SH41 plastic cleat replacement, which you will need the 3 hole plate and screws. The original cleat rubber bottom rips apart very quickly.

I updated this model to include a TPU sole for slip and abrasion protection. It might be better to use a 1.5mm sole thickness for some.
