Shorter Wingspan Dice Tower

When I wanted to fit all of the Wingspan Expansions into my original box, Alaorath's awesome dice tower (with fuchsr's updated base!) was just too large to accommodate it, so I shrunk its height down just enough to fit. It's still got the glue-on back piece, which makes it super easy to print without supports (though I also included a "Complete" version if you are glue-averse), and once assembled, it fits perfectly in the shorter tray. I highly recommend also printing Harmful_Flea's elegant scoop (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4594476), which makes loading the dice easier.
