This is my try on a shower head holder.
The hole for the shower head is 24 mm at the top, 21 mm at the bottom. The slot between the “prongs” is 18 mm wide, so your hose must be smaller than this. The screw holes are 15 mm apart. The screw holes are 4 mm, with a 7 mm head.
I included the Fusion 360 file, if you want to make adjustments.
…
Version 1 broke after a year in use. As expected, one of the prongs broke at the thinnest part.
In version 2, I added 4 holes for screws. They reach from the backside all through the holder into the prongs and serve as reinforcements. I used M3 screws with 33 mm length (including the head, which is 6 mm wide and 3 mm deep).
You may want to print it laying on the side, as this is the best orientation for strength along the layer lines
