Got some nice low-profile 6" LED lights installed in a semi-utility space under my stairs. For a variety of reasons, the electrician opted to run armored cable on the surface rather than try to pull it behind the plaster; this little shroud helps the lights look a bit more finished.
The screw holes are intended for a 1/2" #8 button head, but really they're optional; the fixture itself is enough to hold the shroud in place, and it's easier to adjust the position of it so that it's centered.
I would suggest slicing this with variable layer height and a minimum of infill (like, 5%). If you're not comfortable disconnecting your fixture to get the shroud between it and the box, you may also want to consider splitting this in two parts in your slicer, so that you can fit the pieces around without having to deal with the wiring, at the cost of two visible seams.
