Shure SRH 840 hinge

This is a replacement hinge for the Shure SRH 840 headset.
After a total of four hinges randomly broke, I decided to make my own version. Now I don't have to wait two months until they are replaced by the factory.
It fits really snugly, to make sure that the size of the headset does not adjust while wearing it.
I added some (red) plugs to cover up the holes in the hinge.

I printed the hinges on its sides with custom supports.
It might fit the Shure SRH 440 as well. I wouldn't know since I do no own that headphone.
The hinges from the photos are still holding up one and a half years later.
