Shut the Box Game

Shut the Box is a fun game that is easy enough for the whole family to play. This variation is for 1 – 6 players. Shut the Box is a dice game where players roll two dice and cover (shut) the corresponding numbered tiles (1-9 or 1-12) on the box; you keep rolling and flipping tiles that match the dice sum, either individually or in combination, until you can't make a match, ending your turn, with the goal to get the lowest score (sum of remaining tiles) or be the first to flip all tiles ("shut the box"). Setup & Goal Setup: All tiles (usually 1-9 or 1-12) are flipped up on the board. Goal: To "shut the box" by flipping all tiles down, or get the lowest score (sum of remaining tiles) in multi-player games. Gameplay (Your Turn) Roll: Roll two dice and add their total.
