SiCK-68 + LED/Switch (Mechanical Keyboard)

First of all, I want to thanks FedorSosnin for his amazing work on the SiCK-68 project !

My project is to adapt the SiCK-68 Mechanical Keyboard to my usage.

Changelog
- Add a LED strip in order to light the keyboard (wiring available in pictures section)
- Add a switch for the LED strip
- Adapt the case for a better matching with Teensy 2.0 footprint + stopper
- Delete SiCK-68 name on the top left corder (sorry FedorSosnin, it is my minimalist part :) )
- Documentation provided for French users in order to have an AZERTY version of the SiCK-68 => Modify the keycaps marking + dedicated caps for programming
- Add the 5 Degree Tilt Mod from ferb601 (thanks for the design !) for typing confort

AZERTY Layout
Concerning the french AZERTY mod, I chose to design specific custom keycaps (details in pictures, and stl files available here soon). It will help me for programming => dedicated caps for [,{,],},.
