Sid the Snowman

(Updated Hat on 27/11/2025 to V2 owing to slicer error for some people)
(Updated on 28/11/2025 to provide a very thick V3 hat, for someone commenting they had challenges. I think this hat is probably quite thick and heavy, so suggest using V2 if you can)

This is my first print I have shared here. It is a fun snowman, easy to print and no glue required. I designed this in Openscad, with just the scarf in tinkercad. I have been printing and designing for 1 year.

I printed this in PLA, using a Creality 3 V3 KE with 0.2mm layer thickness.

To print
1) The main body prints without any need for supports on my printer. You can add a few around the bottom if your printer plate is better with more support
2) The hat was printed with some some supports internally, as the top is an overhang.
3) For me, all the parts (eyes, mouth, nose and arms) ped into the hex frame. A couple needed a little wiggle, but on balance the gap tolerance worked well.
