This side clamp is not a real remix of TaylorsMake Low Profile CNC Clamp (thing:3835369), but I used the angles for the sliding parts. The slit is made for M8 screws
What's new:
* bolts have a diameter of 5mm
* screw, to move the clamp up and down is an M4
* width is 40mm
* length is about 120mm
* height @ material 19mm-14mm
What you need:
* M4 hex head screw and nut (DIN-EN-ISO 4017) 30mm length
* 35mm bolt 5mm diameter (got mine from an old printer)
What to do:
* print the parts (for example in PETG 5 walls and 5 bottom and top layers 25% infill)
* put the M4 screw into the bottom part. The thread should direct outside of the part. The screw head should be in the lower part
* glue the 5mm bolts into the bottom part
* before the glue starts to bond the bolt and printed part, ensure the top part can move smoothly.
I have added the Sketchup file with some stages of the development. Edit as you wish.
