side mounted latch with anger arm

Needed a latch to hold down the top of the cat waterer. Wannabe tabby keeps disassembling it. But the original model mounted to a base and needed room to swing the clasp downward. Reoriented to amount to the side and for the handle to be sticking out when closed.
