SideKick64 (Raspberry 3 version) LED diffuser

If you have 3D printed a case for your SideKick64 (Raspberry 3 version, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4771926) and have two unoccupied holes like me, you'd probably want to fill that up. That can be done by soldering two additional LED units to its respective place, but they will be in parallel with the already SMD LED units on your board.
I solved that, by designing small diffusers that will bring the light from the SMD LEDs to the suface of the case using those two empty holes.
