Customizable Sieve

It is possible to have one piece sieve, or one sieve frame with several inserts.
Other possible parameters:
- sieve shape (rectangular or circular)
- sieve size
- holes size
Slicer infill pattern can be used to generate the sieve holes:
- import and center both INSERT_*_BORDER.stl (or FRAME_*.stl for one piece sieve) and its corresponding INSERT_*_GRID.stl
- set INSERT_*_GRID top and bottom layers count to 0
- set INSERT_*_GRID wall line count to 0
- adjust INSERT_*_GRID infill pattern, size and line thickness
