Here we have two small boxes to fill with silica gel. I use some of them to dry my filament in the storage box or to keep it dry. Version A on the first printing plate is quicker to print and is actually sufficient, as there are only ventilation slots in the lid. Variant B on the second printing plate also has ventilation slots on all sides. However, this model is not necessarily easy to print due to its structure and also takes a lot longer. Variant A works with silicate gel and dry powders, variant B should only be used with desiccants with a sufficiently large surface area. The pictures show a complete print with PLA in dark silver from extrudr. Variant A Printing time: about 1h 35m on Bambu Lab A1 Filament: around 36 grams Variant B Printing time: 2h 9m Filament: around 31 grams Both boxes are designed in Blender.
