I needed couple of theese but could not wait all way from China to come, so i just maked mold and molded them. It took one full day vs month and a half waiting to come from China.
Print flat, two mold halfs and 4 guiding pins. You can glue guiding pins onto one half. Fill both with silicone and then press both halves toghether. You can use ordinary silicone from hardware store.
